HD Expo Terms and Conditions
Emerald Expositions reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
Non-Exhibiting Producers & Suppliers (NEM) Policy:
Our exhibitors have asked us to help Hospitality Design maintain its professional business atmosphere and we join them in this endeavor. Our policy regarding Non-Exhibiting Producers, Suppliers, and Distributors, including their independent representatives, (NONEX) attending the show states: Hospitality Design will charge Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers and Manufacturers Reps a fee of $350 to attend the expo. A limit of 5 persons per non-exhibiting Manufacturer/Rep company may attend, and Hospitality Design will continue to reserve the right to refuse registration entrance to any Non-Exhibitor Manufacturer/Rep individual.
Attendee Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be made for expo hall registrations or special event tickets. Attendee request for cancellation on conference sessions will be considered under extreme circumstances only, and must be received in writing by April 1, 2016 and are subject to a $40 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for any registration made after April 1, 2016. All requests will be held for consideration, and then processed after the close of the event. Cancellation requests should be emailed to: email@example.com. If event ticket(s) are lost, you will be charged the FULL even price in order to replace the lost ticket(s).
An exhibitor may cancel their badge by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but is not required to. The badge cancellation fee is $0.00. No refunds will be made for special event tickets.
• No children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the show floor. Proof of age is required.
• No cameras or video equipment allowed on the show floor, and no exhibit photos are allowed without express permission from the exhibiting firm. Violators will be prosecuted.
• No strollers are permitted on the show floor. Rolling bags larger than an airline carry-on size are not allowed.
